The OCM Method
OCM definition - Oil cleansing method
Instead of using commercial facial cleansers which can clog your pores, draw too much oil out of your skin and etc. I am going to switch my skincare routine and try this method that so many rave about. Those of you who cringe to the fact of putting oil on your face DO NOT FEAR! A misconception concerning oil and acne is that oil causes acne... This is not true!Oil alone does not cause acne--other factors like age, hormones and prolonged clogging of the pores of trapped bacteria, dead skin cells and dirt are the actual contributors to acne. The sebum your skin naturally creates is there to protect and heal it. Ideally, oil is GOOD for your skin.
The best thing about the OCM method is it is 100% natural for your skin.
How to use OCM?
your first oil should be Castor oil due to its fantastic at drawing dirt, bacetria and other nasty stuff trapped in your pores, while healing your skin. You have a variety of options as your secondary and third oil. Here are a few
Grapeseed oil- which is light, quick to absorb and is known for its astringent properties.
Jojoba oil- a great natural moisturizer, is non-comedogetic and mimics the skin's own natural sebum
Extra Virgin Olive oil - works as a moisturizer and is fortified with antioxidants.
Almond oil- This is one of the most useful, practical, and comonly used oils. It is great for all skin types as an acting emollient and is best known for its ability to soften, soothe, and re-condition the skin.
Kukui Nut Oil - The Kukui nut tree is the official tree of Hawaii and has been used by natives of this island for hundreds of years. They recognized the oil's high penetrability and soothing properties and currently they put it to use in helping sooth sunburns and chapped skin.
Pomegranate Seed oil - A luxurious and deeply penetrating oil from the cold pressed organic seeds of Pomegranate fruit. This highly prized oil which is naturally high in flavonoids and punicic acid is remarkable for the skin and has numerous dietary benefits as well.
After you pick oils you've chosen then all you need is a hot washcloth and water. You can find the link here

The steps are pretty simple and the results are by far great!

Why Do you look so young?? They ask...
Green Tea.
Green tea has so many healing and wellness properties you can imagine! Not only does green tea help prevent diseases such as cancer, heart problems, cardiovascular, tooth decay..etc. Green Tea is filled with free radicals and antioxidants. The most powerful ingredient is the Epigallocatechin Gallate which can delay the ageing process.
Cures fatigue and sleepyness. Boosts your Immunity System. Did I mention it can help you loose weight? It helps by enhancing the rate of your metabolism and faster consumption of fat storage for the body.
Although everyone may experience different symptoms with green tea.. I love it and will continue to drink it : )

Put in one tbs. of apple cider vinegar in your spray bottle, then take a fresh lemon and squeeze a teaspoon of lemon juice into the bottle next put in your cucumbers that you chopped up and finally add the remainder with distilled water and shake it up.
